Sanders | Fritom Expands Fleet with Three New DAF XF Trucks

At Sanders | Fritom, we continuously invest in quality, safety, and sustainability. That is why we are proud to have recently taken delivery of three brand-new DAF XF trucks, supplied by Truckland. With this fleet expansion, we are taking another important step in the further professionalization and sustainability of our international transport operations.

A Deliberate Choice for the DAF XF

While we primarily operate with the DAF CF in our daily activities, we deliberately chose the DAF XF for this latest addition to our fleet. These trucks are specifically deployed for international transport, where comfort, safety, and efficiency play an even more crucial role. The DAF XF is ideally suited for long-haul journeys and provides drivers with everything they need to travel comfortably and arrive well-rested.

Comfort and Safety on the Road

Long international journeys require a vehicle that offers more than just performance. The new DAF XF trucks are equipped with extensive features that enable drivers to rest and stay overnight comfortably and safely while on the road. This not only contributes to the well-being of our drivers but also enhances road safety—being well-rested behind the wheel makes all the difference.

In addition, the vehicles are fitted with modern safety systems. One particularly notable feature is the use of cameras instead of traditional mirrors. While this may take some getting used to for some drivers, the technology provides improved visibility around the truck and significantly reduces blind spots.

Fueled to Sustain

What makes these trucks even more special is that they align perfectly with our sustainability ambitions. The DAF XF is truly Fueled to Sustain. Thanks to its VECTO 3 rating and aerodynamic design—including closed side skirts—air resistance is reduced and fuel consumption is lowered. This results in lower CO₂ emissions and greater efficiency per kilometer driven.
